Online Store

THELBVAULT operates exclusively online and currently delivers within Lebanon only.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or Services at any time.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, colors, sizing, availability, and details as accurately as possible.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

THELBVAULT reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including:

Incorrect product or pricing information.
Inventory errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
Circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

THELBVAULT may change product prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment

THELBVAULT currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Payment is collected in USD when your order is delivered.

Delivery

THELBVAULT currently delivers within Lebanon only.

Standard delivery costs $5 and is generally expected within 3–5 business days.

Free delivery on orders of two pairs or more. Free delivery applies automatically to qualifying orders of $180 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Exchanges

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be requested within 10 days of delivery and are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability.

Exchange delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or arrived damaged.

Website Use

You may not use the website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
To transmit malicious software or harmful code.
To collect or misuse information belonging to other users.
To reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
