Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your order.

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact THELBVAULT at hello@thelbvault.com or via Instagram DM at @THELBVAULT before sending any item back.

Exchange delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or arrived damaged.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.
